Antisocial behaviour and nuisance
Antisocial behaviour is defined as Acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household'. This may include people drinking in the street, persistent security alarms, noise from neighbours, vandalism or cars parked illegally.
CCTV
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is in use throughout Calderdale and a Code of Practice ensures that data protection principles are complied with.
