Replacement parking permits

This application form should only be completed in the following circumstances:

• You have permanently changed your vehicle.
• Your current permit has been lost/stolen or damaged.

There is no charge if you have changed your vehicle (maximum one free change per year), however there is currently a £20.00 administration fee for lost / stolen or damaged permits.

The old permit must be returned before a new permit will be issued. 

If your current permit is due to expire or has already expired,  please complete the appropriate application form and not this replacement permit form.
