Directorates and service areas

Introduction

Calderdale Council is made up of four Directorates, the Chief Executive's Office and the Deputy Chief Executive's Office.

Each one deals with a different main area of service and is headed by a Group Director.

Adult Services and Children and Young People's Services also work with the Primary Care Trust in developing services aimed at improving the health of residents.

The accompanying pages give a brief summary of services in each Directorate.
