Building control forms
Introduction
To make a building regulation application you can download a form. An application should be submitted with two sets of drawings (or three for non-domestic building work or flats that share a common access).
Due to difficulties being experienced with our Building Control on-line application form, we regret that it is presently out of use, whilst measures are undertaken to remedy the problems. You may still make Building Regulation submissions by pdf form or by taking a hard copy to our office.
