Young Carers Net
Young Carers Net supports carers under the age of 18 who are looking after someone who has an illness, a disability, a mental health problem or a substance misuse problem. It is run by the Princess Royal Trust for Carers.

CHIBS (Calderdale Help in Bereavement Service)
CHIBS is a free, confidential service and available to anyone who has suffered a bereavement. It is a charitable, voluntary organisation that offers a unique, independent service, giving emotional support to the bereaved of Calderdale.

Education Welfare
The Education Welfare Team provides a channel of communication between home and school and between parents and Local Authority in order to ensure that children gain access to, and benefit from educational provision. There is information about home education, work permits, entertainment licences, attendance and holidays in term time.
